Damaged Product
If the product arrives damaged, you must provide valid proof such as a clear unboxing video that shows the issue. -
Size Issues
If the item does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange after you return the original product and it passes inspection.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- ▪ Unboxing Video Proof: A clear video of the product being opened from the sealed package is mandatory to verify any damage or defect.
- ▪ Unused Condition: Item must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags intact.
- ▪ Return Request Period: Initiate your return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the order by contacting support.
- ▪ Inspection: Returned items will be thoroughly inspected. Exchanges are processed only if the product meets our return criteria.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1 — Initiate Request

Step 2 — Review & Authorization
Our support team will review your submission. If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Product
Pack securely and ship the item back at your cost. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit — please use a trackable courier service.
Step 4 — Inspection & Processing
After inspection:
- ▪ If criteria met — we will process an exchange (same product or different size, if available).
- ▪ If unavailable — we'll issue a store credit of equivalent value for future purchases.
Refund Policy
Refunds to the original payment method will not be processed. Only an exchange or a store credit will be offered for eligible returns.
Exceptions
- ▪ Customized or Altered Products: No return or exchange.
